Do I receive an order confirmation?

Can I track my order?

We send you tracking details on your e-mail id once the product is dispatched from our facility. It takes usually 1-2 days to updates shipping details on our logistic partners website. If you have not received tracking details kindly notify us and we will send you the details right away.

How do I apply skins to my device?

Spray a small amount of glass cleaner onto a cloth and wipe your device clean before applying the skin. Line up your skin so that it is right side-up. Align one corner and smooth the rest of the skin down. You can carefully peel it up and try again if you're unsatisfied with the position. Push out any bubbles with your fingers or a credit card.

How can I return my order?

If your order is damaged in transit or has arrived with manufacturing defects then we offer a full refund as long as you email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please be aware that simply returning to the sending address will not result in a refund of your transaction.
